Intrigued by BMX? Come give it a go in the New Year with a Revolve Intro to BMX session on 1-Feb, hosted by Wellington's own Capital BMX club at Ian Galloway Park. They will be providing bikes and helmets and instruction! This session is for members only and you need to register so we know numbers and bike sizes required.
We will start at 6pm until 7.30pm. You will learn how to pump to generate speed on the rollers, practise cornering lings (race-craft) and gate starts (the primary key to success in BMX)., then have some fun races. It will be light until 8pm so if everyone is keen to keep sessioning we will run later.
You will need to wear closed shoes, long pants and long sleeves. If you have your own full face helmet, gloves, knee/elbow pads, then please bring them.
