Strong Intermediate/Advanced (Ride Guide Dee)

Join Ride Guide Dee for a ride up the Mt Lowry trail and along Rata Ridge. This is an advanced ride with plenty of rooty technical features to help hone your skills. The ride also requires a good level of fitness as the climb up is reasonably steep and involves the odd short bike carry or push in sections. But it is fun, and we will go at a social pace so if you haven't tried this track out before, this is a good opportunity to check it out with like-minded ladies. Meet at Waiu carpark at the Wainui Trail Park, ready to ride at 10am. WRC and walkers request that mountain bikers travel in small groups over the Mt Lowry section, so please let Dee know if you are interested on 021 231 9751, so we can manage group sizes. Be prepared for a 2-3 hour ride.
