FORTNIGHTLY MTB Ride
Thursday, 9 August: meet at 6pm @ Makara Carpark
Confident/Fit Intermediate (Ride Guide Nessa)
Join Ride Guide Nessa for a Makara night ride. We'll head to the top via Upswing and the bridge. If it is not too windy, we might have a go at the new upper leaping lizard track and then back up to the Peak, and down Northface, then do a quick ride up the small fire road climb to Ridgeline extension, and then either SWIGG/Starfish or LiveWires depending on group preference. Confident intermediate with reasonable fitness, as it there will be a little more climbing than the regular Makara lap, but at moderate pace. Don't forget your lights and bring a warm layer!
